Humanitix
Connect Humanitix to see event sales, find attendees and orders, follow check-in at the door, and check tickets in or out.
You paste one value into PopMCP: a Humanitix API key, found under Account, Advanced, Public API key. One key belongs to one host account, so there is nothing else to choose.

- 200 requests a minute. Humanitix says the first request after a quiet spell can take a few seconds longer.
Before you begin
- A Humanitix host account, the login you use to run your events at console.humanitix.com
- A verified email address on that account: Humanitix refuses the key until it is verified
- If you already use a key in another tool, copy that same key instead of generating a new one: generating a new key stops the old one working
Get your credentials
Open Advanced in your Humanitix account
Sign in to the Humanitix console, click Account in the top menu bar and choose Advanced. The link above goes straight there.

Copy your key, or generate one
Open Public API key (some accounts show it as API key). If a key is already there, copy it. If there is none, generate one and copy it. Generating a new key stops any older key working, so if another tool uses the old one, copy that key instead, or update that tool afterwards.

Paste the key into PopMCP
In PopMCP, paste the key into API key and connect. PopMCP checks it against Humanitix and stores it encrypted. The key never reaches your AI client.
Connect in PopMCP
Open your workspace, choose Humanitix in the marketplace, and fill in the connect dialog:

PopMCP verifies the credential against Humanitix immediately. On success the connection flips to Verified and its MCP tools are provisioned.
Verify it worked
PopMCP marks the Humanitix connection Verified, labels it with your account's market, and notes how many events the account has. Asking the AI to list your upcoming events returns them.
Troubleshooting
Humanitix does not recognise that as an API key
Why:
Fix: The key was not copied whole. Copy it again from Account, Advanced, Public API key, on its own, with nothing before or after it.
Humanitix did not accept this API key
Why:
Fix: A newer key has probably replaced it, because generating a key stops the old one. Copy the current key from Account, Advanced, Public API key.
This Humanitix account has not verified its email address
Why:
Fix: Verify the address in Humanitix, then connect again.
The AI cannot find an event you can see in the console
Why:
Fix: The event may be in another Humanitix market than your account. Tell the AI which one, such as NZ, US, GB, or DE for the EU. A newer key also reaches only its own account's events, not events another host shares with you.
A ticket cannot be checked in
Why:
Fix: Humanitix refuses a cancelled ticket. Ask the AI to open the ticket and show its status.
Humanitix is limiting requests
Why:
Fix: Humanitix allows 200 API requests a minute. Wait a minute and ask again.
