Codex
Register PopMCP in ~/.codex/config.toml, sign in so Codex runs the OAuth consent in your browser and stores the token, then list servers to confirm.
Add the server to ~/.codex/config.toml:
[mcp_servers.popmcp]
url = "https://app.popmcp.com/mcp"Then sign in. Codex registers with PopMCP, opens the consent screen in your browser, and stores the token itself.
codex mcp login popmcpConfirm
codex mcp listChatGPT
Add PopMCP to ChatGPT in developer mode on a paid plan: enter the MCP server URL with OAuth, approve the connectors it can reach, then use it in chat.
OpenCode
Set up PopMCP as a remote server in your OpenCode config, for one repository or everywhere. No API key or headers: OpenCode runs OAuth on first use.
